This cabin is a in picturesque location on Powell Lake and requires boat access. However, boat transportation can also be arranged or boat rentals are available at the Shinglemill marina. Cabins include wood-burning stove (wood is supplied), propane burning lamps, refrigerator, and stove. A fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with dishes, pans, and eating utensils. Water is supplied from the lake via a hand-pump (bring your own drinking water or plan to boil the lake water). Access to land and an outhouse is via a small bridge. There is no electricity or telephone access (some cell phones have intermittent success). This float cabin has a loft equipped with several beds (bring your own linen) and can easily accommodate up to six people.
